SCR’s Men and women constitute the living wealth and possess SCR’s Know-How: they are right at the centre of the company concerns.

Our will :

  • To insure that all co-workers enjoy a fair payment, conditions that are adequate for their advancement, and to value their educational and professional skills;
  • To develop mutual respect and trust;
  • To respect our commitments and the transparency in our relations make our optimum force

2. To develop skills

Internal trainings are available, are completed by regional seminars and by trainings abroad.
Supports also benefit from training programs which satisfy their requirements.
It is the best means to meet employee’s expectations and to promote their satisfaction.

3. To evaluate and promote

  • To improve communication between managerial staff and employees
  • To establish a favourable workplace towards successful careers
  • To transform co-workers expectations into an action plan
  • To provide adequate advancement, payment and training programmes
  • To lead their decisions towards successful careers
  • To use evaluation as the adequate assessment tool to respond to the mutual needs of the co-worker and the company.

5. To build a recruitment strategy

  • Based on the identification of the corresponding profile.
  • Selection begins with the selection of applications and with matching the applicant's assets with the position requirements.
  • The selected candidate passes an interview :

    . This interview is actually the best assessment technique used in the process of recruitment;
    . The successful applicant then meets with the head of the company;
    . The decision of hiring is translated by a letter of commitment at last.

6. To welcome and integrate

  • The hired person is then introduced to the company executives;
  • He/she receives useful documentation;
  • He/she attends a seminar for one day to get him/her acquainted with the company activities;
  • Training him/her mainly abroad will follow;

7. To insure social security

To insure a social guarantee and a better working environment :
