Renovating the Atlas Tower

Having kept its external look and its originality, the Atlas Tower has been renovated according to the highest quality, hygiene and security norms to provide a better working environment for its clients, its lessees and SCR's personnel while achieving balance between esthetics and functionality.

Technical Renovation

A substantial investment of DH 64186 Million has been allocated to upgrade building equipment.

- The six completely renovated elevators are equipped with the latest intelligence management system that optimizes availability depending on the frequency of requests.

- The Air Conditioning system has been entirely replaced: All vertical and horizontal canalizations have been replaced along with the installation of two new Refrigerating Equipment Units and new Air Handling Units.




New Technology

- We are aware of how important communication systems' safety and reliability are to the multinational companies and to the businesses operating from the Atlas Tower . All new VOIP and data communication systems are supported by a Cat 6 precabling network to meet the highest international standards in terms of modern equipment.

- The centralized technical management, the dome camera video surveillance coupled with energy efficient motion sensors and the identification access points provide better security for people and the equipment.



Business Center

The final touch has been to equip the tower with a large Business Center covering both the lobby and the first floor. The Center will be made available to all lessees wishing to organize events.

This center includes:

- An executive room equipped with infrared wireless microphones and visio conference
- A 120 seat conference room with simultaneous interpreting setup.

- Three theater style rooms for commissions, training, meetings or workshops and respectively holding 12, 24 and 60 seats.

The Business Center is entirely connected to wireless high speed internet allowing anyone to be connected without constraints.

Located on the first floor and adjacent to the Business Center , a newly renovated restaurant and cafeteria is serving 120 meals a day and refreshments to everybody working in the tower.

Such advantages and practicalities are in concert with the newly adopted architecture by Casablanca 's finest business centers.

It should be pointed out that modernizing the Tower, creating the Business Center and reshaping SCR's offices into an open space for more renting space, are all part of the company global strategy to offer to its partners and its executives the means to accomplish their missions in a professional environment.
