A delegation of the SCR, headed by its Director General Mr. Youssef FASSI FIHRI, attended the yearly-unmissed Rendez Vous, which took place from 17th to 21st October 2021 in the German city Baden Baden. This event took place after a year of suspension because of the effects of the pandemic COVID-19.
SCR took part in this event with more than 1400 professionals from the Reinsurance, Insurance and Brokerage world to discuss market issues on the eve of the renewal campaign and to continue the negotiations of underwriting and retrocession of reinsurance treaties
SCR is a historical player in National Reinsurance, managing a portfolio of more than 300 clients and operating in 50 countries, particularly in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
Internationally, SCR is one of the oldest reinsurance companies in Africa and the Middle East and has 4 representative offices: Abidjan in Ivory Coast, Cairo in Egypt, Kigali in Rwanda and recently in Johannesburg in South Africa.
